Reviews and Ratings
I found this place to be more of a motel than a hotel, which was a bit surprising. It has decent value for money, especially considering the nearby dining options which include a mix of Thai, Philippine, Vietnamese, and Indonesian eateries. However, I wouldn't recommend it for women traveling alone or families. The rooms could definitely use some updates, and the dining experience was lackluster at best.
I stayed at this hotel primarily because it was close to the train station, but I wouldn't call it a great experience. The rooms have retro décor that felt outdated, and I was surprised by some cleanliness issues with the bedding. The breakfast didn't impress either. However, the location is quite convenient with plenty of nearby eateries, especially if you're into Asian cuisine.
This hotel was more of a motel experience than a true hotel stay. While I found it to be reasonably priced and within walking distance to the railway station, the overall ambiance felt a bit dated and not very welcoming. The breakfast was quite poor, and the room cleanliness left something to be desired. The area has an abundance of Vietnamese and Indonesian eateries nearby, which added some charm to the stay, but it's not ideal for families or solo female travelers.
This place feels more like a motel than a hotel, primarily housing foreign guests and surrounded by various Asian eateries. It's quite close to the Zhongli railway station, which is a big plus, but I wouldn't recommend it for families or women traveling alone. The breakfast and supper offerings are available, but I found them lacking in quality.
